Ahmedabad–Dholera Semi High-Speed Rail Corridor: A Game Changer for Real Estate, Industrial Growth & Development

The Government of India has approved the Ahmedabad (Sarkhej) – Dholera Semi High-Speed Rail Corridor, marking another milestone in Gujarat's infrastructure development. The proposed railway line will significantly improve connectivity between Ahmedabad, Dholera Special Investment Region (DSIR), the upcoming Dholera International Airport, and Lothal National Maritime Heritage Complex. The project aims to reduce travel time from Sabarmati to Dholera to approximately 48 minutes using trains capable of speeds up to 220 km/h.
